Is it necessary to have a personal account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary, you can decide whether to place the order as a guest or by logging into your account. In any case, you will have to fill in the fields relating to shipping and billing before proceeding with the payment of the order; If you are not registered but wish to do so, click on the icon at the top right and select the “Create Account” option.
I forgot my password / login details: how can I recover them?
You can retrieve the data from the summary email you received when registering your account. If you do not find it, you can retrieve your data by clicking the appropriate link “Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Your user is the full email address you registered with.
Is it possible to change an order?

When will i receive my order?
Once the order is received, our average processing time is 1 day and the average delivery time is 1 day. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, so public holidays are not to be taken into account in the calculation of the useful days for shipping and delivery. Any delays once the package has been delivered to the courier are not under our control, although we will work immediately to try to solve the problem.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination. They are calculated at the time of entering data at checkout and it is therefore possible to view the amount in the order summary before proceeding to payment. In Italy shipping is free for orders over 25 euros, for orders that do not reach this amount the cost is 5 euros.
Do you deliver to offices and companies?
Certainly, at the time of checkout, the customer can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address, to receive the goods where he prefers and can also indicate the name of the company where the delivery is to be made.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Unfortunately not, all couriers deliver only during working days from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Delivery by appointment or floor is not currently available.
Is it possible to track the order?
Absolutely yes. When the courier in charge picks up the package for delivery, the customer receives an e-mail with the identification number and the courier used to track his shipment at any time.
Which couriers does Ciocca use?
Ciocca currently uses TNT and Bartolini for Italy, FedEx for abroad.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
We recommend that you indicate a shipping address where you can be easily found. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage and will make a second attempt. In the event of a negative outcome, the goods will remain in stock in the nearest branch. Make sure you have indicated a correct delivery address.
What are the payment methods accepted on Ciocca?
Payment methods vary according to the billing / shipping country. For orders from Italy, we accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer. It is not possible to pay on delivery (cash on delivery).
N.B. Payment by bank transfer takes up to 5 working days to be processed.

Credit card payments are processed through servers that use cryptographic security protocols and guarantee our customers maximum data protection.
How is VAT calculated for countries outside the European Union?
For orders placed with a shipping address outside the European Union, VAT, as well as local taxes and import duties, are not included in the displayed price. These additional costs may be requested by the courier during the delivery phase.

Yes, the invoice can be requested at checkout by entering “Do you need an invoice?” the necessary data: the VAT number and / or the Tax Code and the relative recipient identification code and / or PEC.

Are out of stock items restocked?
If missing, classic Ciocca products will be restocked as soon as possible, while restocking is not guaranteed for fantasy products, children or particular variants.
Where can I find Ciocca dealers in my area?
Since our products are distributed through wholesalers, we cannot know the location of all our retailers, you can, alternatively, make the purchase online.
When will I be able to receive assistance?
