Introduction
Definition of processing
Pursuant to Art. 4 of the GDPR, processing means any operation relating to personal data such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, consultation, extraction, transmission, dissemination, erasure and destruction. These operations may take place with or without the aid of automated processes.

Pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR, the Data Processor appointed by the Data Controller is Mr. DEL RE FEDERICO.
2. Category of processed data, purpose of processing and their provision
The collected data is of a common nature (pursuant to Art.4 of the GDPR) and will be processed for the execution of contractual and legal obligations connected to civil, tax and accounting provisions; consent from the data subject is not necessary for such obligations, pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 of the GDPR.
The same data will be processed for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes relating to products for sale on this site; consent from the data subject is required for the aforementioned purposes, pursuant to Art. 6 and 7 of the GDPR.
Pursuant to Art. 5 and 6 of the GDPR, data will be processed according to principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, and limited to what is necessary for pursuing these purposes.
The collected data may also be processed for statistical and marketing purposes in anonymous and aggregate form and in any case according to GDPR regulations.

After consent is withdrawn, the Controller will send the User a message to confirm the successful withdrawal of consent.
4. Communications to third parties of personal data

The same data may be communicated to Public Entities for the execution of legal obligations to which the Data Controller is bound, such as the Revenue Agency.
5. Retention period
Personal data provided by the Data Subject will be retained for the period of time required by current civil and tax regulations; navigation data will be retained for the technical time necessary to execute the functions for which they were collected.
6. Rights of the data subject
Each Data Subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, notification in case of rectification, erasure or restriction, data portability, objection and not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the GDPR. The Controller or Processor will provide an adequate response as soon as possible and in any case within 1 month from receiving the request.
7. Right to withdraw consent
The data subject may withdraw previously expressed consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@ciocca.it or by written communication to the Processor or Controller.
8. Complaints
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Articles 77 and following of the GDPR to a supervisory authority, which for Italy is identified as the Data Protection Authority, located in Rome, Piazza di Monte Citorio, 121.
